About the company
Conseco Press is a Russian-Finnish consulting company established in 1990. Our employees — lawyers and experts in taxes and accounting — are engaged in consulting and, at the same time, are authors of periodicals published by the company.
Printed editions
The most prominent CONSECO edition which has established its standing is the Source Guide "The ABC of Russian Business Law", issued since 1990 in Russian and in English.

Tax Consultancy Services
Tax consultancy services, provided by CONSECO, allow our clients to observe the current legislation and find effective ways for softening the tax burden.
CONSECO consults the clients on taxation issues and provides the complex legal support in the following spheres:
- Tax planning including tax minimizing schemes
- International tax planning, including planning of transactions on contributing property into statutory capital of Russian organisations, applying of international agreements on taxation

1996 — elaboration of tables and charts in accordance with the Federal law "On Joint-Stock Companies" (published in the magazine "Expert")
1997 — elaboration of tables and charts in accordance with the Civil Code (published in the magazine "Expert")
1997-1998 — publishing of reference books "Business-Tesaurus" within the framework of the International Bank project, the total circulation — 80 000 copies
1998-2000 — publishing of three editions of the study guide "The Tax Code of the RF in Charts" as ordered by the Ministry for Taxes and Charges of the RF, Ministry of Finance of the RF within the framework of TACIS, USAID and the National Fund of Management Training projects, the total circulation — 60 000 copies
2001 — elaboration of the study guide "Russian Corporate and Business Law" for ACCA, a course conducted by ATC International
Cooperation with producers of reference and legal systems, of accounting software, as well as mass media
From 2001 tables and charts elaborated by CONSECO are included into a special block of the reference and legal system "Garant".
In 2003 the "1C" company acquired the rights for the use of tables and charts "in tax law elaborated by"Conseco Press in a CD-ROM reference guide.
Tables and charts in different branches of law are regularly published in the newspaper "Economica i zhizn" ("Economics and Life"), the magazine "Foreign capital in Russia".
Participation in professional associations
Conseco Press is a member of the European Business Club and the Russian-Finnish Chamber of Commerce.
